 In 1900 American beekeeping was centered in Illinois. McHenry County doctor Charles C. Miller was one of the most knowledgeable beekeepers in the world at that time. Today Millerís technique of raising honey bee queens is being revived to help the American honeybee survive. Join apiarist Larry Krengel to discuss the past, and future of Illinois beekeeping.This program is part of the library's celebration of Illinois Bicentennial.
